Little’s Mill in Webster, NH was located on the Blackwater River just East of the Snyder’s Bridge. I don’t know who the fisherman might be in the lower right corner but he fits in the picture perfectly! The only information I could find was that it was run by Charles E Little (son of Charles B Little) and his wife Mattie (Kimball) Little. It was located near the residence of Samuel litle.
